talking bout the last training we had...
o..k...it was tough...but GREAT...
we climb stairs...do mulitiples...jump skipping ropes..er...swing?..er.. throw shuttles 200 times..
dats all i can tink of =xxx
oh yah...we watch de concert rehersal too...and saw our own video..it..really..er..nvm...forget it..
anyway...we really put in lots of effort...i think...
