Hello Ladies , Tall and short . You guys know about the intensive training we are gonna have during the Holidays right ? Its gonna be so tiring man , 4-5 hours of training , but , we can do it right guys ? Think so lah hor .
Well the schedule is ...
On november , there will be 3 sessions of training in a week , Monday , Wednesday and Friday . For the first week of November will be at the school hall from 10am to 2pm .
The 2nd week of November will be at 8am to 1pm for wednesday and Friday only . On Monday it will be at Woodlands Sports Hall .
The third week will be from 1pm to 6pm for Wednesday and Friday only . On Monday at Woodlands Sports Hall .
And on the last week of november will be at the School hall from 1pm to 6pm on Friday only .
Isnt that great ?
And on December , we will be gonna have VERY intensive training .
First week of December , 1 whole week straight except for weekends .. Monday : 8am to 1pm at Woodlands Sports Hall Tuesday : 8am to 12pm at School Hall Wednesday : 8am to 1pm at School Hall Thursday : 8am to 12pm at School Hall Friday : 8am to 1pm at school hall . Verry good right
2nd week of December , Wednesday : 8am to 1pm School Hall Thursday : 8am to 1pm Woodlands Sports Hall Friday : 8am to 1pm School Hall

And FINALLY the last week of December , On Wednesday from 1pm to 6pm at School Hall .
